To speed up the check-in process, you can do it online. Alternatively, an identity document will be required when receiving the keys to the apartment.

Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made after this deadline or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost will be applied.

Each apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, including 2 adults and 2 children (0 to 17 years).

Children from 0 to 3 years old stay free and, upon request, we can provide a cot for a supplement of €10.

Children from 4 to 17 years pay €15 per day and we can prepare the sofa bed.

Pets are welcome in our apartments with a supplement of €15 per pet (dog/cat) for extra cleaning.

Both apartments have a covered parking area, where you can park cars and bicycles.

The payment of the reservation can be made by credit card, debit card, prepaid card or bank transfer.

Once the bank transfer has been made, it will be necessary to send an e-mail to info@www.saraholidayrentals.it indicating in the subject "Booking confirmation, Name and Surname" and attaching a copy of the bank transfer.

The amount is charged as a deposit to guarantee the booking, therefore with the payment, the general booking conditions and in particular the cancellation conditions are deemed understood and legally accepted in full.

The remaining amount must be paid at check-in in cash or by debit card. Alternatively, the remaining amount can also be paid by bank transfer. In this case the payment must be made no later than 7 days before check-in and an e-mail must be sent to us with a copy of the payment receipt.

The city tax is equal to EUR 1 per person per night and, unless otherwise specified, is not included in the total reservation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The tourist tax does not apply to children under 14.
