Speed up your arrival by checking in online, or simply bring your ID when picking up your apartment keys.

Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made after this deadline or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost will be applied.

Our apartments accommodate 4 guests: 2 adults and 2 children (up to 17 years).

Rates for children:

• Children 0-3: can stay for free and on request we can provide a baby cot for €10.
• Children 4-17: pay €15 per day which includes sofa bed on request.

Pets are welcome in our apartments for a small additional fee of €15 per pet (dog or cat) to cover extra cleaning costs

Both apartments offer a covered parking area, providing space for both cars and bicycles

The payment of the reservation can be made by credit card, debit card, prepaid card or bank transfer.

Once the bank transfer has been made, it will be necessary to send an e-mail to info@www.saraholidayrentals.it indicating in the subject “Booking confirmation, Name and Surname” and attaching a copy of the bank transfer.

The amount is charged as a deposit to guarantee the booking, therefore with the payment, the general booking conditions and in particular the cancellation conditions are deemed understood and legally accepted in full.

The remaining amount must be paid at check-in in cash or by debit card. Alternatively, the remaining amount can also be paid by bank transfer. In this case the payment must be made no later than 7 days before check-in and an e-mail must be sent to us with a copy of the payment receipt.

The city tax is equal to € 2,5 per person per night and, unless otherwise specified, is not included in the total reservation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The tourist tax does not apply to children under 14.
